*By participating in this promotional offer ("Offer"), participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") and the decisions of Partnerslide ("Sponsor"), which are final and binding.

1. Eligibility

This Offer is open to individuals who are legal residents of the USA, and who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of participation. Individuals must be employees of qualified merchants using Shopify or BigCommerce and conducting business to the amount of $1M Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) per annum.

Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Offer Period

The Offer begins on 1/9/2025 at 12:01am PST and ends on 1/31/2025 at 11:59pm PST ("Offer Period"). Sponsor’s server is the official clock for the Offer.

3. How to Participate

To participate, eligible individuals must:

    1. Schedule a Agency Matchmaking consultation with Partnerslide
    2. Complete the requisite form providing details of their needs
    3. Complete the scheduled consultation call with Partnerslide
    4. Meet with at least one of the matched agencies or freelancers provided by Partnerslide
    5. Complete the required action(s) within the Offer Period.

4. Reward Details

Participants who meet the eligibility criteria and comply with these Terms will receive:

    • Amazon gift card
      The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the reward is $100USD. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

5. Limitations

    • Limit one (1) reward per person, per household, and per email address.
    • Limit ten (10) total rewards disbursed.
    • Sponsor is not responsible for any technical, internet, or system malfunctions that may prevent participation.
    • Any attempt to tamper with the Offer, including multiple submissions or fraudulent entries, will result in disqualification.

6. Taxes

Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the reward are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

7. Privacy

Participants' personal information collected in connection with the Offer will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

8. Modification and Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Offer is not capable of being conducted as intended, or for any other reason.

9. Disputes

Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Offer or any reward awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Washington State. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Washington State, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

10. General Conditions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Failure of Sponsor to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
